Five.

Woke up to the traditional birthday balloons all over her room.

Danced and twirled at princess ballet camp (Yes, this is a real thing. No, I never envisioned sending my offspring to it.  Definitely Zak's genes right there.)

Had a lunch date with mom and dad. Came home to find an enormous butterfly balloon and candy from the boys (well, their mom) that she wants to marry. So thoughtful. And unexpected!

By the way, these boys that she wants to marry....they are 1 year old twins and she says that she will marry one of them first and then he'll die and she'll marry the other.   Morbid and possibly violent. How will he die exactly? I'm not sure, but I've warned their mother to watch out for Storey.   Don't, under any circumstances, let them get married. Poison may be involved.

Celebrated with an evening of festivities including a family dinner with Grandma and Grandpa, opening presents, and cake with the family and her best frenemy (though lately it's been more friends than enemies), Gabbie.

She told me all day that she was going to blow out her candle in the middle of the birthday song, instead of at the end.  It was going to be the most hilarious birthday moment EVER.

And it was.
